RL Center Referral Program

The greatest complement our medical providers and staff can receive is a referral made by a patient; this type of advertisement is so meaningful to us.

To show our appreciation for your support, a $50 referral credit will be added to the established patient and a $75 referred patient’s account. We have enclosed our guidelines for our Patient Referral Program:

• This program applies to new patients scheduling into our practice.
• New patients looking to redeem their $75 discount MUST provide the referral card to receive discount.
• A referral card must be filled out in its entirety and handed to a front desk coordinator to redeem.
• We will credit $50 for each referral. Only one referral credit can be applied per non-surgical transaction. Multiple credits may be used toward a cosmetic surgery procedure.
• Credit cannot be used on retail product or BOTOX.
• The referral credit cannot be combined with any other discount; it can be used for a future undiscounted surgery.
• Referral credits can only be used for future procedures; they cannot be applied as a payment on an outstanding balance.
• Referral credits are not transferable. They can only be used by the referred and referring patient.
