A typical consultation lasts about 40 minutes and is free of charge for all aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal. The Procedure
As with any procedure at RL Center for Cosmetic Surgery & Medspa, we will begin your laser hair removal treatment by ensuring your total comfort in a clean, comfortable, and private treatment room.
Your treatment will include multiple sessions over the course of a few weeks. Depending on your individual needs, our providers will use either the GentleLase laser hair removal system or the Sciton BARE. Both of these methods are painless and will remove the area of hair entirely over the course of treatment.
The Recovery
Laser hair removal has no downtime associated with treatment, and patients are free to resume normal social activities after each session.
With that being said, some redness and irritation in the treatment area is common, and some physicians recommend avoiding sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanners until your treatments are completed.
